Apple recruiting on campus this week

Apple is making their first-ever recruiting appearance at BYU, partly due to the 4 interns from BYU this summer (including myself and Jason Miller). My recruiter, Lindsay Turner—who deals primarily with IT-related jobs at Apple—as well as 2 BYU alumni currently working at Apple will be on campus Wednesday and Thursday of this week.

An information session will be held Wednesday evening from 6-7 in room 3290 of the Wilkinson Center, around the corner from Joe’s digs at Cougar Computer. Additionally, Apple will have a booth at the technical career fair on Thursday from 9 am - 3 pm or thereabouts.

For those interested, come meet some people from Apple and see if it’s a good match for you. They’re primarily recruiting technical people such as software engineers and IT professionals, but there are tons of opportunities in other areas inside the company, and I’m sure that you can get in touch with recruiters for different departments.
