I just recently bought a Mac and I previously used a PC. How do I transfer all my songs from my iTunes on my PC to my new Mac? Thanks!

Hey all,

Im a new convert to mac and love my macbook. I love how my mac lets me live life instead of making me spend all my time fixing it (*cough* Vista *cough* Xp *cough*), sounds cheesy I know, but its the truth. Once you go mac, you won't go back.

My question is this,

I have brought with me to college my old hard drive in a USB case. Is there a program or tool I can use to that helps the with migration of all my data onto my new mac? I've heard such programs exist but I'm not sure what they are called...
